Aerodynamics describes the behaviour ofbodies during flow around or through bodies with a compressible fluid. Theknowledge of experiments in aerodynamics has a significant influence on thedevelopment of means of transport (vehicles, ships, aircraft) and inarchitecture (skyscrapers, towers and bridges). We  offers – along withits accessories – typical experiments from the field of flow around, incidentflow and flow through models, as well as further experiments in the field ofsteady incompressible flow.  The trainerincludes a radial fan, which can be used to generate flow velocities up to40m/s. The speed is infinitely adjustable by using a frequency converter. Astabilisation tank with flow straightener ensures a consistent, low-turbulenceand reproducible flow in the measuring section. A carefully shaped nozzle providesa largely homogeneous velocity distribution of the air flow.
